Percussion Ensemble Information for Harvest Festival Performance

Attention Percussion Ensemble Students!  Listed below is the information I have been given for tomorrow's performance.  If there are any other changes, I will post them to the website for you to read.  Please read below and contact me with any questions. 


Schedule for Monday, October 28
3:05-Report to the band room (you must be wearing your uniform at this time!)
3:10-3:30-Rehearsal/Concert Run
3:30-3:45-Review procedures/expectations/instrument assignments
3:45-4:30-Load equipment in vehicles & drop off at Sunrise
4:30-Report time to Sunrise (First attendance check!)
5:05-5:40-Performance (time includes Cheerleaders, Orchestra, and Percussion Ensemble)
5:45-Load Equipment in vehicles & drop off at Bailey

Additional Reminders
-Concert Uniform: White Polo Shirt & Jeans
-Remember your instrument assignments.  You are responsible for this instrument the ENTIRE afternoon!
-TURN IN YOUR PERMISSION SLIP PAPERWORK, if you have not already done so.
-Do not hesitate to contact Ms. Reineke with any additional questions!

Percussion ensemble rehearsal tomorrow!

Percussion ensemble students...reminder that rehearsal is from 3:15 to 4:15 tomorrow in the band room. Contact Ms. Reineke with any questions. See you then! :-)

Practice Logs are due tomorrow!!

Students, remember to bring your SIGNED practice logs to class tomorrow!  This will still be a part of your first quarter grade!

Remember...your musical manuscript newsletter is due TOMORROW, Friday, October 4.  You are expected to have a parent/guardian signature AND the crossword puzzle completed for this assignment.
